How much is shipping?

UNITED STATES

$4.99 per order, free shipping on orders over $35

CANADA

$7.99 per order, free shipping on orders over $50

WORLDWIDE

$9.99 per order, free shipping on orders over $50

Currently we do not ship to the European Union or Australia.

 

What are the shipping times?

We strive to ship domestic inventory next business day and typical USPS shipping times are from 2 to 7 days.

Some of our products are made on demand especially for you, and these will take 2-3 weeks to get to you.

For promotional sale products and/or promotional shipping items, please allow 2 to 5 weeks.

For delivery addresses outside the US, it sometimes can take up to 60 days.

Shipping may take slightly longer during peak times (Christmas, End of year).

 

Can I track my package?

After the package has been shipped, we will send you an email. Click on the link in it to find the tracking information for your order. Please note that you may not be able to track your order until ~36 hours after it has been shipped.

In rare cases, USPS may be negligent in scanning the tracking barcode upon picking up the package. This produces a default message on USPS.com acknowledging that the tracking number has been generated, but not acknowledging receipt by USPS, and it indirectly implies that perhaps the package did not ship. If this occurs, please be assured that your order did indeed ship. Usually, the tracking information shows up when the package arrives at the destination distribution center.

 

The tracking says my package was delivered, but I didn't receive it?

Please contact your local post office. Also, check with neighbors, and if you are living with other people, they might have it and forgot to tell you.

 

My package is missing?

On that rare occasion that your item goes missing or shows up late, please contact us

 

My package is missing a product?

Because our products may be stored and shipped from different locations, when you order more than one product together they may be shipped separately. So you may receive one item before the other(s). If you do not receive all your products within the estimated shipping time, please contact us.

 

My product arrived broken, or: I received the wrong item?

Please contact us within 48 hours and send us a picture that clearly shows the problem.

 

How come the product I received looks different than the one I see on my screen?

Colors on computer screens vary and may be slightly different in the product than shown on your computer screen, tablet, or phone.

 

Does duty tax apply?

In most cases no, because the total cost of the order will be small. It's up to you to find out if you have to pay it or not. Unless you have a large order you should be OK but please double check with your local customs.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through our payment system Paypal.  This has the added advantage that you get extra security from them.
